Quality control.

The in-house laboratories are essential instrument to ensure the quality, the workability and the traceability of our products.
Specialized operators and suitable equipment enable us to select the best grains and to analyze the flour, across the whole supply chain. In fact, our laboratories analyzes the incoming wheat before the storage, to reject the batches of wheat which do not meet our high standards, and the flour after each production step.
In order to ensure efficient results all the incoming wheat and the produced flours are checked through rheological test (Farinograph, Chopin) and physio-chemical test (moisture, protein, gluten, falling number, amilograph).
Moreover, the quality control processes are constantly supervised and implemented to ensure a flawless product in terms of quality and hygiene.
